I love vintage style and unusual quirky things, and you can always find me scouring the second hand stores, vintage markets and antique fairs. I am an eclectic hoarder of bits and bobs, which I use for my inspiration when creating. One of my other forms of inspiration is listening to snippets of conversation picked up while on my travels on the bus, train or even in the queue waiting to pay for some lovely treats, which I incorporate into textile pieces using embroidery. I'm a very tactile person and texture is a big part of my work. I also love creating vintage style pen and ink artwork which is then coloured and manipulated on the computer.
